About Us

Like many great inventions, sixty4 came into being because two friends looked at something they used almost every day and knew they could make it better.

Margot Lundgren and Louise Woods had both built successful careers designing and marketing products for leading sports brands and intimate apparel manufacturers. They won awards and they did well.



They were also active sports women – they ran, swam, netballed, hockeyed and gym-sessioned their way through countless sports bras never being entirely satisfied with what they were wearing and what they had to pay for a decent product.

The "we can do this smarter" conversation was inevitable and in 2009 Margot and Louise decided to make a difference.

sixty4 is based in Sydney, Australia – it's our home and it's also a city where playing sport and being physically active is a way of life for many people - it is an ideal place to design and test sports bras.

We have taken a fresh approach to the fundamentals of sports bra design and added features that we were looking for in other bras – but couldn't find.

Our philosophy is about providing women with technical quality at an affordable price – we believe that a great sports bra need not cost the earth.

We're just at the start of our journey and we have lots more to come
