What are the delivery charge for orders?

Sixty4 delivers Australia wide and internationally using Australia Post. Our delivery charges are aligned with Australia Post charges. Postage is free for orders over $60, Australia wide only.

Which payments are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Paypal

How long will delivery take?

Standard shipping within Australia will take 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order using Australia post

Express shipping within Australia will take 1 to 2 working days from dispatch of your order – please see express rate when processing your order.

Sixty4 endeavours to dispatch all orders with in 24 hours or on the following working day of payment receipt.

International orders are sent via Australia Post. Rates and delivery times vary depending on destination. Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout.

How secure is shopping on our store? Is my data protected?

Your data is protected – we do not keep your credit card details. We send out using enewsletter bi monthly using your email addresses but your details are secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our staff at Sixty4 receive a notification that an order has been received. It is processed and bras are picked in our warehouse and despatched the same day. We keep it simple to ensure our bras get to you as soon as possible. If there are any issues with information or.stock availability , you will receive a text on your mobile from us.

Do I receive a receipt of my order?

We will send you a notification that your order has been received and also when it has been shipped.

Do I return my bra if it doesn’t fit?

At Sixty4store our first priority is our customer’s satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days of the invoice date for a full refund less postal and delivery charges.

‘Sale’ or ‘discounted’ product cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or faulty. All defective or faulty items need to be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. See below for defective goods instructions.

Returns Instructions

For all returning goods please include a cover note, explaining what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address, order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed service (Registered Post) with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods to return the goods.

Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. If you send a product back for an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the new product back to you.

Can I return my Modi Bodi Underwear?

We do not accept returns on Modi Bodi Underwear

How do I wash my bra?

Ideally, you should wash your bra in a lingerie bag – this way it does not get tangled with other washing and it protected the underwires. A cold machine wash is required. Try to hang the bra on the line using the flat sections so cup area is not affected. Some of our bright colours may lose their colour over time, so dry inside for longevity. As sports women , we don’t have time to hand wash so put it in the machine so you can out and exercise again!!

I haven’t received my refund?

You should receive your refund within 5 days of the returned item. If this has not happened , please contact us on support@sixty4.net.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

Yes we do – however we will determine the shipping cost and advise you. This takes between 1-2 days.

I have received a faulty item – what should I do?

If you are unhappy with any product you may return it – unused, unopened, and in its original packaging – within seven days for a full refund. This refund amount excludes all delivery costs. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for goods that have been worn or washed unless they are faulty.

All items need to be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

Each item is checked carefully before dispatch and we package each item with care.

Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.

There is no return or exchange for discounted items unless deemed faulty.

What to do if you have received defective goods
In the rare event that you receive faulty or damaged items, sixty4store will happily exchange or refund your purchase (including postage costs) providing it is returned in the original packaging with tags attached and is unworn and unwashed.

Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail or call +61 414 846 647 within seven days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund. Refunds are processed with 7 days of receipt of returned goods and will be made via the same payment method.
If the underwire has come out of the cup, we will replace your bra (within 1 year of purchase)
