Sixty4 delivers Australia-wide and internationally using Australia Post

Orders can be delivered to your home or work place. Australia Post deliveries are made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays). Depending on the size of the delivery you may be required to pick up the parcel from your local post office. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or problems regarding shipping your goods.

Standard shipping within Australia will take 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order using Australia post. Postage is free for orders over $60, Australia wide only.

Express shipping within Australia will take 1 to 2 working days from dispatch of your order – please see express rate when processing your order.

Sixty4 endeavours to dispatch all orders with in 24 hours or on the following working day of payment receipt.

International orders are sent via Australia Post. Rates and delivery times vary depending on destination. Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout.

Sixty4 reserves the right to request additional postage charges for any parcel that exceeds 500g being sent via Express Post or by International Airmail.

If you are sending a gift Sixty4 will dispatch gifts directly to your recipient on your behalf. Please ensure that the recipient’s address is noted in your order.

Australia Post and Courier Services

We rely on the services of Australia Post and third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to deliver goods as stated there are unfortunately a few occasions when Australia Post or couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

Order Confirmation Email

We will send you an order confirmation immediately. Upon receipt of your order confirmation please check it carefully. If there are any discrepancies please contact us immediately.

If you do not receive an order confirmation please check your spam folder. If you still have not received an email from us please contact us to arrange for the confirmation to be resent.

Returns Policy

Returns and Exchange Policy

At sixty4store our first priority is our customer’s satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days of the invoice date for a full refund less postal and delivery charges.

‘Sale’ or ‘discounted’ product cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or faulty. All defective or faulty items need to be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. See below for defective goods instructions.

What to do if you are unhappy with your goods

If you are unhappy with any product you may return it – unused, unopened, and in its original packaging – within seven days for a full refund. This refund amount excludes all delivery costs. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for goods that have been worn or washed unless they are faulty.

All items need to be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

Each item is checked carefully before dispatch and we package each item with care.

Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.

There is no return or exchange for discounted items unless deemed faulty.

What to do if you have received defective goods
In the rare event that you receive faulty or damaged items, sixty4store will happily exchange or refund your purchase (including postage costs) providing it is returned in the original packaging with tags attached and is unworn and unwashed.

Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail or call +61 02 8919 0311 within seven days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund. Refunds are processed with 7 days of receipt of returned goods and will be made via the same payment method.

Cancelling An Order 
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or on +61 02 8919 0311 with your order number to hand. As long as your order has not been dispatched we will cancel it immediately and no money will be debited from your card.

If your order has already been shipped then you will need to return the goods to us (see instructions below) at your own cost within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the goods we will exchange or provide you with a sixty4store credit to the value of the goods purchased. Postage and insurance are not refundable.

Returns Instructions

For all returning goods please include a cover note, explaining what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address, order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed service (Registered Post) with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods to return the goods.

Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. If you send a product back for an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the new product back to you.
